- Free lyrics generation service (limited to 5 generations per day)
- Premium code purchases and activation
- Access to premium features and extended mythologies
1.3 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be announced on this page with the date of last update. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
2. Service Description
2.1 Free Service
Our free service includes:
- Up to 5 lyrics generations per day
- Access to 4 European mythologies (Norse, Celtic, Greek, Slavic)
- 6 metal genres (Thrash, Death, Black, Power, Doom, Folk)
- 2 song structures (Short, Medium)
- Export as TXT
The daily limit resets at midnight (server time UTC). Free service availability is subject to API capacity and may be restricted during high-traffic periods.
2.2 Premium Service
Premium access includes:
- Unlimited lyrics generations
- Access to 12+ mythologies worldwide
- 9 metal genres including Heavy, Metalcore, and Gothic
- 6 song structures including Epic, Progressive, and Concept
- Advanced customization options (intensity, language style)
- Priority processing
2.3 Technical Requirements
To use our service, you need:
- A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge - latest 2 versions)
- Active internet connection
- JavaScript enabled
- Cookies enabled (for premium access and daily limits)
3. Premium Codes & Purchases
3.1 Code Types
We offer two types of premium codes:
- 24-Hour Codes: Valid for 24 hours from first activation (€5.00)
- Permanent Codes: No expiration date (pricing varies)
3.2 Purchase Process
Premium codes can be purchased through:
- Gumroad (primary payment processor)
- Direct contact for bulk orders
All prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed by the respective payment provider according to their terms and conditions.
3.3 Code Activation
After purchase, you will receive your premium code via email. To activate:
- Visit the main page at [lyrics-generator.digitales-und-bildung.de]
- Scroll to the Premium section
- Enter your code in the activation field
- Click "Activate"
24-Hour Codes: The 24-hour validity period begins at the moment of first activation. The code can be used on multiple devices during this period.
Permanent Codes: Can be activated at any time and remain valid indefinitely.
3.4 Code Security
You are responsible for keeping your premium code confidential. Do not share your code publicly. We are not liable for unauthorized use of your code if you have shared it with third parties.
Each code can only be activated once. After the initial activation, the code is bound to your session (for 24h codes) or can be reused across sessions (for permanent codes).
3.5 Failed Activation
If your code fails to activate:
- Verify you entered the code correctly (case-sensitive)
- Check if the code has expired (for 24h codes)
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try a different browser

4. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Use
4.1 Acceptable Use
You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes. You will not:
- Use automated systems (bots, scripts) to access the service
- Attempt to bypass daily generation limits
- Share or resell premium codes for profit
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying AI prompts
- Use the service to generate content that violates laws or regulations
- Overload our servers with excessive requests
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
4.2 Content Generation
While our AI is designed to generate appropriate metal lyrics based on mythology, you are responsible for reviewing the generated content before use. We do not guarantee that all generated content will be:
- Free from potential copyright issues
- Suitable for all audiences
- Factually accurate regarding mythology
- Free from offensive or inappropriate content
4.3 Commercial Use
You may use the generated lyrics for commercial purposes (e.g., in songs, albums, performances) without additional licensing fees. However, you acknowledge that:
- The lyrics are AI-generated and may not be entirely original
- We make no warranties regarding copyright or trademark issues
- You are responsible for any necessary clearances or permissions
- You should verify that the content doesn't infringe on existing works
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Website Content
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Michael Kohl - Digitales&Bildung or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
5.2 Generated Lyrics
The lyrics generated by our AI service are provided to you for your use. Once generated, you have the right to use, modify, and distribute the generated lyrics as you see fit, subject to the limitations described in section 4.3.
We do not claim ownership of the generated lyrics. However, we retain the right to:
- Use aggregated, anonymized data about usage patterns for service improvement
- Display example lyrics (with your permission) for promotional purposes
5.3 Third-Party Content
Mythological themes and references are based on public domain sources and cultural heritage. Metal genre names and terminology are used for descriptive purposes and do not imply endorsement by or affiliation with any bands, labels, or organizations.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
6.1 Service Availability
We provide the service "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- That defects will be corrected
- That the service is free from viruses or harmful components
- The accuracy, reliability, or quality of generated content
6.2 AI-Generated Content
The lyrics are generated by artificial intelligence (OpenAI GPT-4o). While we strive for quality, we cannot guarantee:
- The artistic or commercial value of generated lyrics
- That lyrics will match your exact expectations
- That generated content is entirely unique or original
- That lyrics are free from errors or inconsistencies
6.3 Technical Issues
We may temporarily suspend or restrict access to the service for:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Emergency repairs
- API provider outages (OpenAI)
- Server capacity limitations
- Security concerns
We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Direct Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for premium codes in the 12 months preceding the claim (or €50.00, whichever is greater).
7.2 Indirect Damages
We are not liable for:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Loss of data or content
- Consequential or indirect damages
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
- Copyright infringement claims related to generated content
7.3 Exceptions
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law
8. Refund Policy
8.1 Digital Products
Premium codes are digital products. Due to their nature, refunds are generally not available once a code has been delivered and activated.
8.2 Exceptions
We may issue refunds in the following cases:
- Technical Failure: If your code cannot be activated due to technical issues on our end and we cannot resolve the problem within 48 hours
- Wrong Product: If you received a different product than ordered
- Service Unavailability: If the service is unavailable for more than 50% of your 24-hour code validity period due to issues on our end
8.3 Refund Process
To request a refund, contact us at contact@metal-lyrics-ai.com with:
- Your order number or transaction ID
- The premium code (if not activated)
- A detailed description of the issue
- Screenshots if applicable
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 10 business days.
9. Account Termination & Service Suspension
9.1 Termination by User
You may stop using the service at any time. For premium users, termination does not entitle you to a refund for unused time on 24-hour codes or permanent codes.
9.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service if you:
- Violate these Terms and Conditions
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Use the service in a way that harms our systems or other users
- Repeatedly generate inappropriate or illegal content
- Attempt to resell or distribute premium codes without authorization
9.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to premium features will be revoked immediately
- Any remaining time on 24-hour codes will not be refunded
- You must cease all use of generated content if termination was due to violations
10. Data Protection & Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

- We process personal data in accordance with GDPR
- We use cookies for session management and premium access
- We transmit your input to OpenAI for lyrics generation
- You have rights to access, correct, and delete your data
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
11.1 Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding its conflict of law provisions.
11.2 Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amberg, Germany.
11.3 EU Consumers
If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
12. Miscellaneous Provisions
12.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the service.
12.2 Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
12.3 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
