How do I activate my Premium code?
Scroll to the Premium section on the main page, enter your code, and click "Activate".
How long is my Premium code valid?
24h codes are valid for 24 hours from the first activation. Permanent codes have no expiration.
Can I use my code on multiple devices?
Yes! During the 24-hour validity period, you can use the code on as many devices as you want.
Generation isn't working. What should I do?
Check your internet connection and reload the page (Ctrl+F5). If the problem persists, contact us via email.
Can I use the generated lyrics commercially?
Yes! The generated lyrics belong to you. You can use them freely, even for commercial purposes.
Will I receive an invoice for my purchase?
Yes, after purchase you'll automatically receive an invoice via email from our payment provider (Gumroad).
What mythologies are available for free?
Free users can access European mythologies: Norse, Celtic, Greek, and Slavic. Premium unlocks 12+ mythologies including Asian, American, African, and occult themes.
How does the API work? Do you store my lyrics?
We use OpenAI's API to generate lyrics. Your input is sent to OpenAI, processed, and returned. We don't store the generated lyrics permanently - they're only kept in your browser session.
Can I request a refund?
Due to the nature of digital goods (Premium codes), refunds are generally not available once a code has been activated. If you experience technical issues, please contact us for support.
Do you offer bulk discounts for bands/studios?
Yes! If you need multiple codes for your band or recording studio, contact us at hallo@digitales-und-bildung.de for custom pricing.
